Half-day e bike tour that from Alba di Canazei with a dense serpentine through the woods takes you first to the Locia Contrin hut and then on a flatter path you cross an area of sparser woods until you reach the wide pastures of the valley and the Contrin hut which stands in a forest of beautiful larches. The return takes place along the same route.

Biking to Rifugio Contrin is a half day tour option for a great families adventure with the ebike assistance to discorver a Dolomites landscape.

This ebike tour starts in Alba di Canazei with a dense serpentine through the woods takes you first to the Locia Contrin hut and then on a flatter path you cross an area of sparser woods until you reach the wide pastures of the valley.

Here the surrounding scenery is grandiose and imposing peaks overlook the valley. Colac,  Vernel, Marmolada and Cima di Ombretta form the backdrop until you reach the Contrin hut which stands in a forest of sparse larches.

Specific bike clothing is not essential but trousers with pads and gloves are advisable. Better to dress with a thermal t-shirt and a fleece and bring a wind stopper jacket

Technical shoes / comfortable sneakers for cycling. Those who have their own equipment (helmet, shoes, pedals) can take it with them

Windproof/rainproof jacket, fleece, spare t-shirt, sunglasses, sunscreen (in summer), snacks, energy bars, bottle of water.

If the e bike tour includes the use of ski lifts, in addition to the cost of the tour and bike rental, the price of the lift must be considered, which varies from time to time based on the number and type of lifts used.

Certainly ! If you participate with your own e-bike, you must bring your own helmet, charge the battery and check the condition of the e-bike at home (brakes, tire pressure, suspension, puncture kit…).

In caso di completo annullamento dell’attività, questa verrà riprogrammata in accordo con la Guida per un data successiva.

It is possible to participate with a  mountain bike but this must be agreed upon with the guide when booking. An individual ad hoc tour will then be planned based on the participant’s requests. It is also possible to book in a group as long as everyone participates with a mountain bike. There are no mixed groups (mtb  and electric mtb)

The possibility of physically carrying out the activity depends on some environmental parameters and specific situations.

A few days before the tour, the Guide will check the weather conditions.

In case of impossibility to carry out the activity due to bad weather, the Guide will promptly notify the participants. The Guide reserves the right to make changes or cancellations to the original program in order to follow up on the booking previously made. To this end, the Guide reserves the right to partially modify the activity (meeting time, route followed, etc.)

In case of complete cancellation of the activity, it will be rescheduled in accordance with the Guide for a later date.

Da Carbonin si devia per Pratopiazza e infine si attraversa il vasto altopiano ai piedi della Croda Rossa, meravigliosa nelle sue mille sfumature di colore. Si prosegue poi in direzione Lago di Breies, fino a giungervi con dolci pendenze. Lo specchio di acqua cristallina incastonato tra le rocce della Croda del Beco, offrirà uno spettacolo indimenticabile. Il rientro avviene su strada asfaltata e pista ciclabile fino a Carbonin.

Il tour percorre a 360° il massiccio del Latemar, regalando suggestivi panorami dolomitici. Punto di partenza è Predazzo, da cui si sale al Passo Feudo per poi raggiungere il lago di Carezza, perla incastonata fra gli abeti, che rispecchia nelle sue calme acque le guglie del Latemar. Raggiunto il Passo Costalunga, si scende a Moena, e dopo una pausa ristoratrice alla Malga Roncac, si rientra a Predazzo sulla ciclabile.

Tour di mezza giornata che da Alba di Canazei con una fitta serpentina tra i boschi porta dapprima presso baita Locia Contrin e poi su sentiero più pianeggiante si attraversa una zona di boschi più radi fino ad arrivare agli ampi pascoli della valle e al rifugio Contrin che si erge in un bosco di radi larici. Il rientro avviene lungo il percorso di andata.

Da Predazzo, costeggiando il torrente Travignolo si arriva alle pareti di porfido rossastro, alle piscine naturali ed al Ponte sospeso lungo 40 mt ed altro 25 m dal letto del fiume. Entrati poi nella fiabesca Val Venegia verremo circondati dalla bellezza seducente delle Pale di San Martino. Una pausa ristoratrice presso la Malga Agriturismo Juribello che offre prodotti tipici locali e ci ritroveremo nel secolare Parco Naturale di Paneveggio.

Un tour al cospetto delle Pale di San Martino. Dapprima ci accompagnerà il torrente Travignolo con i suoi boschi verdeggianti e poi risaliremo la fiabesca Val Venegia con i suoi pascoli splendidamente sovrastata dal profilo delle Pale. Maestosi si ergono il Mulaz, il Focobon, Bureloni e il Cimon della Pala. Una pausa presso la Malga Agriturismo Juribello che offre prodotti tipici locali e genuini ci ristorerà prima del rientro.
